Rusting is a redox reaction of the iron and oxygen that forming iron oxide. Basically, rusting will occur in the presence of water (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂) and those are present naturally. So, the possibility of rusting is very possible.

Rusting give more disadvantages rather than advantages. Rusting tend to vent in technical malfunctions of the machine, it weakens the structure of the metal and cause the safety, health and environmental risk in the plant. Thus, here how you can prevent or remove or slowing down rusting.

1.  Rust Remover

3. Cold Zinc Galvanizing
       
Cold zinc galvanizing is application of the zinc coat on the metal. The zinc coating prevents the corrosive substances from reaching the metal. This method is slowing down the corrosion of the metal as after the zinc at the affected area already consumed, the corrosion on the metal will be occur.
