AIR CONDITIONER CLEANER


Product Description

SPANJAARD AIR CONDITIONER CLEANER is a pleasant smelling, foaming aerosol spray with antibacterial and antifungal properties designed to kill odour-causing micro-organisms in automotive air-conditioning systems.

Spanjaard Penetrating Spray is designed to penetrate and free seized and corroded metal components. It contains selected penetrants, solvents and soluble molybdenum. The 200ml and 350ml aerosols are flammable, while the 400g is non-flammable.

SILICONE SPRAY
Silicone spray is an effective lubricant and can be applied on almost all kind of surface. It include metal, glass, rubber, fabric and plastic. When sprayed on hard surfaces, silicone spray is able to maintain its lubricating properties in a variety of temperature ranges and environments.

MOULD RELEASE SPRAY

For use in injection moulding where parts need to be printed after manufacture and silicone mould release agents are therefore not suitable. 

Application
  Developed for the release of plastic injection moulded parts that require a non-silicone product to enable subsequent printing on the parts.

TEFLON SPRAY

Spanjaard CDF (Clear Dry Film) is a dry lubricant consisting of a dispersion of very fine particles of PTFE in a superior, air-drying resin. The dried coating is non-toxic and non-staining.

DEGREASER CHEMICAL

Spanjaard Rapidkleen is a superior industrial DEGREASER CHEMICAL for metal parts and for the removal of glue residues.

Application
A specially developed cleaning fluid. - Cleans & degreasers metal parts, glass and ceramics. - Cleans glue residue. - Removes dust and surface contaminants.

Spanjaard Engineering Marking Blue is a clear dark blue engineering marking dye. It dries rapidly to form a non-flaking, non-glaring water resistant coating.
Applications The fast drying blue liquid or spray is a lay-out ink used for coating onto metal surfaces and then precision scribing on the dried surface with a sharp point.

Gasket Remover

Product Description
Spanjaard Gasket Cleaner is a powerful remover formulated to quickly and easily remove remains of seals and gaskets - it acts by softening the materials making it easy to scrape off.

Spanjaard Spatter Release (Silicone) is an economical, non-silicone aerosol spray for control of weld spatter during welding operations when subsequent painting is required. Only a light single spray coat application is recommended for #639 which is water based. #640 is non-water based.
