Spanjaard mould protector oil also known as
Anti Rust Wax (blue, green, brown)
is a light coloured, waxy, corrosion protector for moulds, dies and machine tools. The protective film does not need to be removed before re-use. Available in an easy to apply, ozone friendly, aerosol. (A 'blue coloured' aerosol and bulk version is also available).
Applications
Spanjaard Mould Protector was developed for corrosion protection of steel injection and extrusion moulds in storage between use (e.g. plastic industry). Displaces and repels water. Protects metal surfaces from rust and acid/alkali attack. The thin, light coloured, film allows subsequent use of the mould without the necessity of removing the protective film.
Spanjaard Mould Protector will protect all steel and other metal surfaces against corrosion e.g. tools, machinery, parts, weapons, interior voids of cars, etc.
Application Instruction
Shake aerosol can and spray evenly 20cm from surface. Allow to dry for 30 seconds and apply second coat (coating can be removed with white spirits or aromatic solvent).
