Conveyor chains operate under mixed friction conditions with heavy metal to metal contact. Chain service life relies on the relubrication of a correctly specified chain lubricant. However, over some time, these oil lubrication layer are dried off and need to be relubricate with fresh oil.

Lubrication System

Autol centralized lubrication system contains monitor unit and grease supply unit. AccordIng to users' requirements, monitor unit is designed with remote monitor center, monitor, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, liquid level sensor, etc. Grease supply unit includes pump, distrubutors, supply line, feed lines and pipeline accesories, etc.
