The TM Induction Heating Easytherm 30 is a high-performance bearing induction heater engineered for industrial applications requiring rapid, controlled, and uniform heating.

The SURETHERM 10X may be small, but proves to be a powerful induction heater showing great flexibility. Featuring an extendable work area, it is suitable for small-sized components (up to 50 kg) with a maximum diameter of 450 mm when used with extension yokes. Easy to use and highly portable, especially when used in combination with the optional carrying case.

The SURETHERM 20X is a stationary induction heater with ergonomic pivoting yokes, making it a versatile addition to the SURETHERM-series. The pivoting yoke makes for easy workpiece handling as there is no need to lift the part and remove the yoke. To be used for professional mounting of a wide range of parts, including bearings (max. weight: 100 kg, max.

Equipped with our intuitive touchscreen interface, ergonomic pivoting yokes, and two sensor heating, the SURETHERM 30X is the most complete heater we’ve ever built. Designed for use in maintenance shops and production areas, this heating tool can heat parts with a maximum weight of 200 kg, and a diameter of up to 600 mm (840 mm when used with extension yokes).

With the SURETHERM series TM Induction Heating introduced the new standard for induction heaters. The SURETHERM series are specially developed for tension free heating of bearings and gearwheels according to the industries’ ever-growing standards and requirements. The unique 2 Sensor Mode will garantuee a fully controlled heating cycle.

The following yokes are included with SURETHERM PRO 1X-P: 80 x 80. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. Two magnetic temperature sensors with a length of 1000 mm are included as well.

The SURETHERM PRO 1X-P can also be supplied on a trolley (optional), so the device can be used on different locations in the workplace.
